-- alas!) the Bowls Club was first mooted in 1975 and became reality five fund-raising years later...
The green, hacked out of wasteland once known as The
Jungle, is now rated as one of the best in the whole Lincoln and district
area for its playing surface and is much in demand for area finals. The
club has its own small pavilion with dressing-rooms, kitchen, toilets
and equipment stores)
