Barry, in 1999, encouraged me (the current webmaster) to develop a website for Burgh le Marsh. With a lot of hard work, the site, www.burghlemarsh.com, was created. Jenny, Barry's wife, was (and still is!!) so helpful in proof reading my work.

Barry was the inspiration and instigator of the Cherry Willingham website. He was the one who had the vision, registered the domain name and built the original site. The first idea was to built a site for the Cherry Willingham Methodist Church but the minister at the time suggested that the site be for the whole community of Cherry Willingham.. and so it was...

I was invited to develop and manage the Cherry Willingham site because Barry's family and work commitments meant that he was not able to devote suffient time to the management of the site as he would have liked.

As I now do this as a living, I rely on the businesses to support the project. This has proved very successful for all concerned in Burgh le Marsh, Spilsby, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Alford, Wainfleet and Chapel St Leonards.
